3.1 Source Photos

When you upload a Source Photo:

  • It may be temporarily cached to improve generation speed
  • It is stored in your account for future generations

3.2 AI Processing

  • Source Photos are sent to third-party AI service providers to generate images
  • These providers process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested images
  • We contractually require these providers to maintain confidentiality and security

3.3 Generated Images

  • Generated Images are stored in your account gallery
  • You may download or delete Generated Images at any time
  • Deleted images are removed from our active systems within 30 days

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
